Cancelations and refunds

All deposits are Non-Refundable and apply towards the total price. If you are a NO SHOW for the agreed upon date and time, deposits are LOST. Arriving Late is considered a NO SHOW. Punctuality is a MUST.
If you pay in Full and in Advance and are a NO SHOW, you will get a Full Refund - MINUS the Deposit for each Tandem Skydive reserved. Example : Tandem Jump price $245 - $50 deposit = $195 refunded.
No Refunds on Transportation for NO SHOWS.
KNOW YOUR WEIGHT - if you arrive above the established weight limit for the Tandem Skydive you have scheduled - the Deposits are LOST. Tandem Weight limit is 240 pounds.
Any Conduct, deemed to be Dangerous for yourself, your group, other groups and participants - will result in the termination of the Tandem Skydive for you and your group. NO refunds on deposits when at our location and cancelled for misconduct.
You will receive a Full refund, for cancelations due to bad weather.
Your Full Payment is Non Refundable and LOST for refusal to jump, once the aircraft has taken off. Full Refund MINUS the deposits made, for refusal to jump before boarding the aircraft.
If your Tandem Skydive is cancelled due to bad weather, Equipment issues or staff issues / injuries, we will reschedule for the next available day.
If You're a Non Resident of Puerto Rico and leaving Puerto Rico, all monies are refunded on unrealized Tandem Skydives, Except for NO SHOWS.
Puerto Rico residents will reschedule.
Rescheduling of an Initial Time and Date, has to be done with at Least Two (2) Days / 48 Hours, Notice - or Deposits will be LOST.
We Reserve our Right to change the date and time - if the weather is bad at our location.
